I just wrote an email about the Samsung infuse 4G from ATT to one of my coworkers who asked my opinion on the new AT&T Infuse 4G android phone. I thought of sharing the email with you as well. please post your comments and reviews if you own one of these babies.

Mr. I just looked at the Infuse 4G at att.com website and it seems to be a good phone. Here are the specs that it has:
- 1.2 GHz processor ( one of the fastest processors I’ve seen in android so far)
- 4.5″ Super AMOLED screen ( cool to browse the Internet or watch videos, much better screen than your blackberry! ) Super AMOLED is a proprietary screen display from Samsung which is only found on Samsung phones. the display is pretty cool even at the lowest resolution ( many people lower the screen resolution to preserve battery ) Apple wanted to buy the license to use the Super AMOLED display technology from Samsung, but Samsung did not want to share it.. if there is one thing I miss about my old Samsung phone is the display.
- Android 2.2 OS.. this is not the latest Android OS, but its pretty stable and not much different than Adroid 2.3 ( called gingerbread ) which is the latest.
- 8 MP camera with HD 720p video camera and 1.3 MP front-facing camera ( you won’t need to buy a separate camera with this phone )
The only thing I can tell you right now is that Android is a battery hogger, especially when the phone runs at 4G speed. You will be lucky if the phone last a day in a full battery charge ( this depend on the user usage ) other than that, I think you will love this phone.
Another thing, they are not disclosing how much “built-in” memory the phone has, but if it’s less than 768 MB, it is a setback. Ask an ATT rep to tell you how much memory the phone has…
Cheers,
Nelson
