One of the most noticeable changes in Exchange 2010 is the Outlook Web Access ( OWA ) new design. I like the new minimalistic logon screen, but I don’t like the new high yellow contrast default theme, I think it hurts the eyes. luckily there is an easy way to change themes in OWA 2010, and starting from Exchange 2010 SP1 there are many themes to choose from. most likely Microsoft threw all these changes in OWA to make it look very much like Office 2010 new look.

you can change the above theme by clicking on Options on the top left side, and choosing the theme color you like:
by selecting a theme in the option above, it will simply change the color of the current theme, there is no easy way of completely changing a theme including layout in OWA 2010. overall I like the new clean look in OWA 2010, and I think many of our users will like it as well.
