See what’s running with Autoruns

There are many good little tools at the Microsoft Sysinternals website, but autoruns in particular I believe is a very good tool when troubleshooting your computer. with this tool you can easily see what auto-starts on you system when your computer restarts. autoruns can detect all programs running on your computer, including those dreaded spyware and virus files and programs.

that’s the logon screen in my computer, I normally like to keep my system at optimum, so every week I check all these settings, and disable what I don’t need.
